We custom program your instructions into your account to manage calls efficiently and effectively, directing our agents' focus on providing your callers with excellent customer service.

We can text or email caller information to contacts, on-call field personnel, or save in your client portal for review at anytime. Full call functions for dial-outs, patches and long distance calls are included in all plans. We do charge a one time $75.00 Telemessaging Account Setup and Activation Charge.

Set up is easy. Call your telephone company and have call forwarding added to all lines that we will monitor for call traffic. Complete the Telemessaging Client Activation Form, email or fax it back to us, and your account will be set up. You will then receive a welcome email with your forward-to number and instructions.
