Yes, we offer our solutions to those businesses that use a mobile phone as their business line while still being able to communicate information to them via text and email.
do you accept credit cards?
No, we do not currently accept credit cards. We prefer our clients pay via check.
do you charge a new client a programming and activation charge when they subscribe to your solutions?
Yes, we do charge a one time $75.00 programming and activation charge for all new clients.
do you bill on a 28 day billing cycle?
No, we do not bill on a 28 day billing cycle. We believe their are 12 months in the year and not 13 so our billing cycles run from the 1st of the month to the end of the month. Using this billing method provides our clients with cost savings.
do you round up clients calls?
No, we do not round up our clients calls as we believe our clients shouldn't have to pay a whole minute for a call that takes seconds to handle. We bill our clients using second increment billing, we call it Truebill billing. Our client pays for actual network usage, which provides our clients with cost savings.
do you have your clients sign a service contract with your company?
No, we do not have our clients sign a service contract with our company. We want our clients to subscribe and continue to stay with our company because we provide excellent service and not because they are contracted to.
do you charge your clients for wrong numbers, hangups or robo calls?
No, we do not charge our clients for wrong numbers, hang ups or robo calls. We mark those calls as "No Charge".
